Dr. Yong-Jun Lin is a specialist in flooding simulation in Taiwan for 28 years and has helped Taiwan make flooding potential maps. He was involved in projects related to climate change funded by the Taiwanese Government. He has helped to provide flood and landslide information to the New Taipei City government for over 10 years. In addition, he is also a certificated hydraulic engineer in Taiwan.
