Mr. San Pascual brings with him years of experience working in civil society organizations (CSO) engaged in social development work, and has dedicated many years on policy development, advocacy and working with policy-makers and stakeholders on population, health, environment and sustainable development issues. He serves as the excutive director of Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia since 2015. He aims to lead as in the annual report said, pursued its vision to “transform healthcare in Southeast Asia into a green and resilient sector so as to protect public health from climate change, one that leverages health care leadership and purchasing power so as to drive policies and markets towards sustainability”. |
